What is your minimum order size for delivery?

Effective August 1st, 2021 our new sales order minimum for Oahu and all Neighbor Islands will be $50.00.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Complimentary next day delivery available on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island for stocked items on most orders placed by 3pm HST.* Fees may apply for Large orders or furniture requiring special handling, and assembly. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery.

Pricing Policy:

Prices are subject to change without notice. HSC Office Products reserves the right to limit purchase quantities and to discontinue items. HSC Office Products is not responsible for, and will not honor, printing or typographical errors.

Return Policy:

30 day return policy: Returns, exchanges, errors, shortages and any other discrepancies are accepted within 30 days from invoice date as long as the returned items are in their original, unopened packaging and in sellable condition.: Special order, Large quanitity items are not returnable and non refundable. Items ordered for an ad are non-returnable.

Product Availability:

HSC Office Products does not stock every item listed in our on-line catalog. There may be times when certain items may be out of stock. Backordered items will be delivered as soon as they come in. All Special Furniture Orders have a lead time of approximately 4 to 8 weeks depending on type of order. HSC Office Products shall not be responsible for delays or defaults in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling or delivery, transportation difficulty, re-ordering due to manufacturer’s defect, damaged during transits or any other cause beyond the control of HSC Office Products.

Inventory during COVID-19:

Due to worldwide supply disruption, please expect extended lead times on some items. Special order items are non-cancellable and no returnable.There are some categories that continue to have supply challenges – sanitizers, disinfecting products, PPE. HSC Office Products is working closely with these suppliers to acquire product and get visibility into availability. We expect that there will be supply challenges for the next few months. As product arrives, we have new processes to support the quick turnaround of these products to get them to our customers quickly. Many of these products have a high number of backorders so, in most cases, product is getting depleted as we fulfill as many backorders as possible. Our Purchashing Department is also working to identify new and non-traditional suppliers of these high demand products. As we identify them, we are expediting their onboarding and availability. As inventory becomes available, efforts will continue to rebalance the network.

What does a "Stockable" product mean ?

A stockable item means a product that we either have in-stock or have access to bring the item in directly from vendor. Please refer to the "Available Qty" field (Login required)

Is there a charge for assembly?

Yes. Some orders may require an additional assembly and handling fee. Please contact your account representative.

HSC Office Products accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Is it safe to use my credit card when purchasing online? How can I be sure?

Our online catalog uses the latest site security encryption technology. All of our credit card transactions are handled in the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) of the browser and then encrypted before being sent to HSC Office Products.

Do I need to register to browse your online catalog?

No. To browse our online catalog, click on ‘Search’ on the top menu bar. You will be directed to which is our search engine.

Yes, there is no charge to become a registered shopper at HSC Office Products.

What are your shipping charges?

Complimentary shipping on O'ahu (via our company fleet, or via UPS for suburban areas).
For orders on Maui and the Island of Hawaii, shipping is via UPS or Young Brothers. Shipping charges may apply. Additional delivery charges may apply for inside delivery and large furniture or paper orders.
For orders on Kauai, Molokai, and Lanai, shipping is via UPS or Young Brothers. Shipping charges may apply; Please contact your account representative.
